The Central Investigation Agency has issued a lookout circular against the eight accused named in the case. Among them are Vijay Nair, Amandeep Dhal, Sameer Mahendru, Amit Arora, Dinesh Arora, Sunny Marwah, Arun Ramachandriya Pillai and Arjun Pandey. These include Vijay Nair, former CEO of Only Much Louder, an entertainment and event management company, Manoj Rai, former employee of Pernod Ricard, Amandeep Dhal, owner of Brindco Spirits, Sameer Mahendru, MD, Indospirit, and Arun Ramachandra Pillai of Hyderabad. CBI had raided 31 locations

Three ‘close aides’ of Sisodia have also been named as accused in the FIR. These include Amit Arora, Dinesh Arora and Arjun Pandey, directors of Buddy Retail Private Limited Company in Gurgaon. Sisodia is among 15 people named in the FIR registered by the CBI in connection with alleged irregularities in the implementation of the excise policy. On Friday, the CBI had raided 31 places, including Sisodia’s house, in connection with the investigation of the case.
