The Indian Army said that a party of 26 warriors was moving from the Transit Camp in Partapur to a forward area in Sub Sector Hanif at around 9 am on Friday.
Something like seven troopers passed on and twelve more were harmed after a vehicle conveying them fell into Shyok waterway in Ladakh on Friday morning. The mishap occurred in the Turtuk area. The Air Force has been roped in to empty the harmed toward the Western Command.
The Indian Army said that a party of 26 fighters was moving from the Transit Camp in Partapur to a forward area in Sub Sector Hanif at around 9 am on Friday. Around 25 km from Thoisa, the vehicle slid off the street and fell into the Shyok stream “bringing about wounds to all inhabitants”.
Every one of the 26 warriors have been cleared and taken to the 403 Field Hospital at Partapur and careful groups from Leh have been dispatched also.
“There are offensive wounds to others also,” the Army expressed. It added: “Committed endeavors are in progress to guarantee that the best clinical consideration is given to the harmed, including demand of air exertion from the Air Force to move the more genuine setbacks to Western Command.”
