All India Marathi Chitrapat Mahamandal : A High Court judge recently ordered the former director of All India Marathi Chitrapat Mahamandal to pay Rs 10 lakh 78 thousand 593 within six weeks. The then director had spent 5 lakh 20 thousand rupees for the program ‘Manacha Mujra’ organized in Pune. This was opposed by the members. For the first time in the history of All India Marathi Film Corporation, such action has been taken against all the directors.
Some members of Kolhapur had filed a petition in this regard in the Court of Charity Commissioner. First Charity Commissioner Kolhapur ordered the payment of this amount. But the then director did not pay the amount due to typographical error. President Meghraj Rajebhosale followed up on the matter. After that once again the Kolhapur Charity Commissioner, correcting the mistake of the typist, issued a new order and ordered to pay the above amount. But this time the director approached the High Court.
The judge has ordered him to deposit this amount in the court first.
For the first time in the history of All India Marathi Film Corporation, such action has been taken against all the directors. The order is applicable to Prasad Surve, Vijay Patkar, Vijay Kondke, Milind Ashtekar, Satish Bidkar, Subhash Bhurke, Anil Nikam, Sanjeev Naik, Satish Randiv, Priya Berde, Alka Kubal, Imtiaz Bargir, Sadanand Suryavanshi, Balkrishna Baramati and Ravindra Borgaonkar.
The fine amount will have to be paid after the decision of the Charity Commissioner.
